OFFICE CLOSURE We remember and honor the legacy of The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  In the midst of this polarizing surge of suspicion, prejudice, and oppression, we pray that God may instill in us a measure of his moral clarity and courage. In recognition of his day our offices will be closed on Monday, January 19th.

BIRTHDAY LIST We are currently updating our SLATE Birthday List which gets featured on our bulletin board + will now be added to once-per-month announcements to celebrate everyone born in that specific month! If you would like to be added, please send your birthday to administrator@slatechurch.org

THE BISHOP IS COMING Bishop Gutiérrez will be coming to SLATE on January 25th, 2026.  If you are seeking to formally affirm your faith through the sacraments of baptism or confirmation,  by being received into the Episcopal Church or through re-affirmation, this is a wonderful opportunity.  If you are interested or would like more information, please speak to Fr. Kirk as soon as possible.

ALTAR FLOWERS If you would like to sponsor altar flowers in someone’s memory or in thanksgiving, the suggested donation is $100. The name(s) of those you are honoring will be listed in the leaflet. Please contact the office at least a week in advance.
